At Ontario Super Cleaners, we aim to make your payment experience as convenient as possible. While we currently do not accept credit card payments directly, we offer a variety of secure payment options for all of our services:

Online Payments: You can make secure payments through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers are available for larger or recurring jobs, making payments easy and hassle-free.

Checks: We also accept checque for your convenience, especially for larger projects like hoarder cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
We are working to expand our payment options and will notify you once we can accept credit cards directly. For now, rest assured that all payments are processed securely and efficiently.

Cancellation Policy
At Ontario Super Cleaners, we strive to provide flexible, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services for all our clients, whether it's hoarder cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial services, post-construction cleaning, carpet cleaning, or move-in/move-out cleaning. To ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery, please review our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If no notice is given and our team arrives at the location, a full charge for the service will apply.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time, provided we receive notice within the specified timeframe. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the same cancellation fee.

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to discuss your situation and offer a fair solution.
